After a long day of flying, we finally arrived in Hong Kong - just in time for dinner. :)
Even though it was almost 10 hours of flying, we still managed to entertain ourselves, especially with a plane full of Tassie cheerleaders and their supporters. It was great to see all three teams mingling and showing such support and respect for one another. We even got well wishes from the airline staff over the PA system. Go Tassie!
Can't wait for market tour day tomorrow. Here are a few pictures of our fun filled flying.

Tomorrow our Senior/Open team, Cheersport Inferno, will be heading to Melbourne and then travelling on to Hong Kong Wednesday Morning! We will be competing in Hong Kong against other teams from Australia, as well as teams from Hong Kong, China and many more places.
We have been training for this trip for months and the excitement is contagious. :)
I will post updated blogs so that all our Family, Friends and Fans can follow along on this amazing journey with us. :) So stay tuned!!

On Sunday 9th of February, 2014, some of the Cheersport Inferno team members performed at the Royal Hobart Regatta for the Family Entertainment section on the Waterfront Stage.
The team had a great time showing off all the stunts they have been working hard to perfect before we head off to Hong Kong in June this year.
We would like to thank the Regatta committee for having us there, hopefully we can do the same next year!
Look out for us, along with the Northern Vipers, when we perform at the Kite Day Festival on Sunday 23rd of February.

Leigh, Annette and myself have returned from a great weekend away in Brisbane. As most of you would know the weekend of the 20th-22nd of September was the WCCD National Schools Championship and WCCD Asia Pacific Grand International comp (or as most of you call it... Asia Pacific Finals).
We had a great time helping out with the comp and getting to know more coaches from all over the Asia Pacific region. It was great to see teams from China, the Philippines and New Zealand joining in with teams from all over Australia.
They also had some great merchandise (I am a sucker for merchandise, it's a weakness of mine!). You can see the new Asia Pacific Finals Bow in the picture. :)
I can honestly say that the workshops afterwards were some of the best I have ever attended. Well done WCCD Staff for a well run comp.
Can't wait for next years Asia Pacific Finals and also for our own WCCD Tassie Comp coming up on November 24th. BRING IT ON!!!! :)

Some of you may have seen us with the Northern Vipers Cheerleading Group on Friday 19th of July, 2013, at Eastlands.
We had a blast giving out flyers and information about Cheerleading in Tasmania.
Looking forward to meeting all the new students that will be coming to classes this term (and seeing all the returning students too - don't think i've forgotten you!).
